Items ordered from our website are shipped within 3 business days. Downloaded items are available immediately from your user profile page. If an item you ordered is not currently in our stock, Mentor Music will notify you within 3 business days to advise you when it will be available to ship. If your ordered item has been delayed from the shipper we'll notify you as soon as we have been made aware. If the shipping time does not meet your satisfaction, we will refund your order to the credit card provided with your order. or, if agreed, send you a replacement at no charge.
